Flash/HTML Designer:
8 Hats High is a full service animation studio and production house located in Middletown, NY.
We are currently looking for Flash/ Html Designer/Developer to join our team, creating websites from the planning and concept stage through to fully functioning websites. You should have an eye for detail and the ability to communicate well with the rest of the team. The ability to come up with strong concepts and an understanding of how design translates to a digital environment is essential.
Essential skills include:
- Strong typographic and layout skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- Education in design or web development a +
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Desirable skills include:
- PHP / MySQL
- ActionScript
You may have a couple of years of experience, or may be fresh out of University, what matters most is that you are driven to take a project beyond what's expected. Building games and dynamic sites is a +.

Graphic Designer PT/Freelance Postion:
Essential skills and requirements include:
- Team player willing to work on-site
- Minimum of 2 years in a Graphic Design field
- Strong typographic and layout skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark & Indesign, Acrobat
- Excellent knowledge and experience with the graphics and printing industry from design to finish product
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- The ability to maintain a high level of organization and excellent follow through
